The textual correspondence
Sefer Yetzirah organizes twelve simple Hebrew letters alongside twelve zodiacal constellations and twelve months. In the ordering used here, Heh corresponds with Nissan and Aries. Different textual recensions and later commentaries can order some secondary correspondences differently, which is why Ava Lux names the version instead of presenting one chart as universally uncontested.
Nissan in the Jewish calendar
Passover and the Exodus narrative make Nissan a month of beginning, liberation and movement. Nissan is counted as the first month in the Torah's month sequence even though the civil Jewish year turns at Tishrei. The month therefore carries a Jewish historical and ritual context that cannot be reduced to a generic zodiac personality profile.
Aries as a modern astrological layer
Modern astrology reads Aries through initiative, immediacy, courage and the risk of acting before reflection. Those meanings belong to the later astrological interpretive tradition. They are not literal definitions supplied by Sefer Yetzirah.
The Heh layer
In the Gra-version ordering used by Ava Lux, Heh is associated with speech. The value of the correspondence is not that one Hebrew letter “proves” a personality trait. It creates a second symbolic question beside the zodiac sign.

Your Hebrew month must be calculated from the actual birth date. Because the Jewish day begins in the evening, a birth near sunset may require the exact local time and place to determine the correct Hebrew date.
